From CCC to OHSU Overview of Your Nursing Journey The Billi Odegaard Scholarship empowers Oregon students from underrepresented backgrounds to become registered nurses, offering comprehensive financial, academic, and professional support from Clackamas Community College (CCC) through Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).
What the Scholarship Provides
Comprehensive & Flexible Coverage Tuition, books, housing, fees, tutoring, childcare, and transportation — covered as needed so nothing stands in your way.
Mentorship & Leadership Ongoing leadership workshops and dedicated mentorship from volunteer healthcare professionals throughout your journey.
Years 1 & 2 at Clackamas Community College Earn your ADN at Clackamas Community College with full scholarship support every step of the way.
Advanced Education at OHSU Finish your BSN at Oregon Health and Sciences University with continued scholarship support and guidance.

What You'll Need to Submit
Personal Statement 500–750 words about your goals, experiences, and why diversity in nursing matters to you.
Two Letters of Recommendation From teachers, mentors, supervisors, or community members.
Financial Statement A brief explanation of your financial need for support.
Unofficial Transcripts Showing your GPA and prerequisite completion.
What Happens Next Selected applicants are invited to an interview with members of the Billi Odegaard Mentorship Board.
