Moriah Fernald is the Graphic Artist and Website Design Assistant for the Billi Odegaard Scholarship Fund, where she combines creativity, strategy, and heart to support the Fund’s online presence. With more than 10 years of experience in graphic design, she enjoys creating thoughtful visuals that tell stories and help people feel connected.

She holds a B.S. in Geology from Oregon State University, which inspires her curiosity, love for problem-solving, and appreciation for beauty in the natural world. As Billi’s grand-niece, Moriah also feels a meaningful personal connection to the Fund’s mission and is honored to help carry forward that legacy through her work. When she’s not designing, Moriah loves finding new adventures, spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors of Central Oregon, and finding creative inspiration in everyday life.
