Ken VanOsdol

Ken VanOsdol brings to the Billi Odegaard Scholarship Fund board a background in human resources, organization development, management consulting, and volunteer fundraising.  He served in various positions with the U.S. Peace Corps staff and Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation in Washington, DC and SAIF Corporation in Oregon.  Through his private consulting practice, Ken specialized in strategic planning, board development, goal-setting, conflict resolution and coalition building for business, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.  Ken has worked with a variety of private and public health care organizations, and he served several years on the board of the Oregon Public Health Institute.

Ken graduated from the University of Oregon in 1973.  He is an active Rotarian and co-chaired fundraising and development for the Gerry Frank | Salem Rotary Amphitheater at Salem’s Riverfront Park.  Now retired, Ken enjoys painting, travel, tennis, his two cats and three grandchildren.  Ken and his wife, Judith, live in Salem, Oregon.
